The Junior Associate program is intended for an on-going bachelor’s degree student interested in gaining practical work experience and learning about corporate governance for 3-6 months. You will be required to assist in researching, analyzing and creating solutions for clients.

Do you want to be an Associate at Carol Musyoka Consulting?
The annual Associate program is a vigorous program intended for recent university graduates interested in getting practical work experience. During the one-year program, you will learn extensively about corporate governance and compliance. You will work with the senior associates to create solutions for clients as well as undertake in-depth research on corporate governance issues and insights. You will be involved in cross functional aspects of the business that will expose you to the corporate world. Depending on your performance during the year, you may receive an offer for further employment.
Applicants should be contrarian thinkers who can challenge the boss.
Applicant must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement
- Evidence of excellent English communication
- Preferably some internship experience
- Good research skills
- Knowledge of MS office packages(MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
